Turkish Coffee


  • 1 Coffee cup cold water
  • 1 – 2 Teaspoon Turkish coffee
  • Optional: sugar


  1. In a cezve add the water
  2. Add teaspoon of Turkish coffee based on the size of the coffee cup. (E.g for a small coffee cup like the image add 1 teaspoon)
  3. If you have coffee with some sugar but not to sweet add sugar at the same amount of coffee
  4. Place the cezve on the stove and cook at low heat, bring to boil and pour the coffee into the coffee cup. Ready to serve
