Carrot dip

Preparation: 7 – 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 – 3 Grated carrots
  • 1 Grated clove garlic
  • 1 1/2 Cup yoghurt
  • 1/2 Cup water
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • Sprinkle salt

Method

  1. Place carrots into a saucepan with olive oil on medium heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes
  2. Add yoghurt into a seperate bowl with water and stir. Add the garlic, salt and carrot and stir
  3. Place the dip into a bowl ready to serve
