Ingredients
- 1 – 2 Grated cucumbers
- 1 Grated clove garlic
- 1 1/2 cups yoghurt
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
- Sprinkle salt
Method
- Place the yoghurt into a large bowl with the water and stir
- Add garlic and cucumber to the yoghurt mix and stir
- Then add salt, mint and stir
- Place in a bowl ready to serve
