Cacik (Jajik)

Preparation: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 – 2 Grated cucumbers
  • 1 Grated clove garlic
  • 1 1/2 cups yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon dried mint
  • Sprinkle salt

Method

  1. Place the yoghurt into a large bowl with the water and stir
  2. Add garlic and cucumber to the yoghurt mix and stir
  3. Then add salt, mint and stir
  4. Place in a bowl ready to serve
