Ingredients
- Your choice of beans (e.g. Kidney beans) ensures its organic
- 1 Onion
- 1 Capsicum
- 1 Bunch parsley
- Sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Lemon
Method
- Boil the beans until cooked and set aside to cool
- Dice onion, capsicum and parsley
- In a large bowl, add the beans, diced vegetables, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika and stir. The salad is ready to serve
