Bean salad

Preparation: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • Your choice of beans (e.g. Kidney beans) ensures its organic
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Capsicum
  • 1 Bunch parsley
  • Sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 Lemon

Method

  1. Boil the beans until cooked and set aside to cool
  2. Dice onion, capsicum and parsley
  3. In a large bowl, add the beans, diced vegetables, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, paprika and stir. The salad is ready to serve
