Avocado and boiled egg toast

Preparation: 10 minutes


  • 1 Boiled egg
  • 1 Slice of bread (your choice, Turkish bread, gluten-free etc.)
  • Sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1/2 Lemon


  • Optional to include butter as a spread over the toasted bread


  1. In a small saucepan in medium heat place hot water and the egg. Bring to boil and cook for a further 5 minutes. If you like your egg half cooked then time this for approximately 3 minutes
  2. Mash half the avocado in a small bowl and add the olive oil and lemon. Mix the ingredients. (You can also use a blender)
  3. Toast your slice of bread and spread the avocado over it
  4. Remove the boiled egg from the stove, and slice the egg into pieces. Add salt, pepper and paprika and place it on your avocado toast to serve
