Preparation: 7 – 10 minutes
Ingredients
- 2 – 3 Grated carrots
- 1 Grated clove garlic
- 1 1/2 Cup yoghurt
- 1/2 Cup water
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- Sprinkle salt
Method
- Place carrots into a saucepan with olive oil on medium heat. Cook for 2-3 minutes
- Add yoghurt into a seperate bowl with water and stir. Add the garlic, salt and carrot and stir
- Place the dip into a bowl ready to serve
