Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cups rolled oats
- 3 Cups skim milk
- 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 Tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
- Optional: honey or maple syrup
- Berries: Strawberries, blueberries and raspberries
Alternatives
- Replace skim milk with almond or coconut milk
Method
- Combine oats, milk and cinnamon into a medium size saucepan over high heat
- Bring to boil and reduce the heat stirring for 5 minutes
- Serve into a bowl adding peanut butter. Mix in the peanut butter and add maple syrup or honey with your choice of berries
